Woodruff Design and Construction were selected from a competition with worldwide teams to develop this fast-track design/construction project. This flagship project for design-build construction delivery consisted of a corporate office building and a large warehouse storing specialty materials. There are several complex design challenges dealing with the separation and isolation of specific materials and the strict control of environmental conditions. |

This dermatology clinic was a tenant improvement build out. It has four exam rooms, an office, waiting area and custom reception desk.

This electrical testing lab houses high voltage testing equipment, inventory and an office/retail space. A pre-engineered metal building was utilized for the warehouse areas and conventional steel structure for the office portion.

VeraSun Ethanol Plant Maintenance Facility

This facility serves as both a secure storage area for critical parts and offices for the maintenance staff. A clerestory provides natural ambient light to the maintenance area, improving light levels and awareness of outside conditions. The office section also includes a break room and clean parts room. This project is so successful, VeraSun is repeating the design in other locations with the Woodruff team.
