Project Manager
Responsible for building the project schedule, maintaining and updating the project status, taking necessary steps to achieve timely completion, overseeing accurate and timely submittals, managing project changes and keeping the design team aware of important dates so the overall project schedule is not affected.

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering or related field
• 5-7 years experience in the construction field, preferably in a management role
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Ability to objectively coach employees through complex issues
• Must be able to contain confidential information
• Work well in a team environment

Superintendent
Provides management oversight for all phases of the construction project, including coordinating workers, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed and work is proceeding safely, on schedule and within budget. Also performs a broad array of material handling and physical construction duties, including cleaning equipment and work areas. Must be familiar with materials, tools and machinery used in the construction industry.  Management of the job and manual labor depends on the size and complexity of the project.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3-5 years experience in Superintendent role
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
• Working knowledge of Windows-based computers
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Must be able to contain confidential information
