With approximately 13,225 sf of retail and pharmacy space, this new CVS Pharmacy building features an exterior of colored masonry as well as a steel roof structure. Because it utilized a wide range of finishes and specialties, Woodruff coordinated with many local subcontractors as well as the owner’s predetermined vendors. Woodruff helped the owner reach their goals of a timely project completion within a strict budget.
