Metro Waste Authority Cold Storage Recycling Center

This project converted an existing dirt floor pole building into a recycling center that looks like brand new construction. This project included extensive reinforcements to the existing wood framing to bring the structure up to code. The building also features all new roofing, siding, interior liner panel, and MEP. Woodruff worked closely with the project stakeholders to develop a safe work procedure to cut away the existing post foundations and support the structure to pour new spread footings and stem walls to give the building a longer life.
