This project is a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract consisting of the addition of a three-story, 80,200 SF nursing home replacement facility. The building is arranged into five households that consist of a series of resident rooms (87 in total), support spaces, country kitchens, dining rooms, living rooms and sun rooms. Glazed aluminum curtain walls are a prominent feature on the lake-side of the addition. Also included in the core area between the households are an entrance lobby, physical therapy, multi-purpose space, administrative office suite, salon, and mechanical and electrical rooms.
