lincoln park improvements

This project involved the complete renovation and rebuild of a downtown Waterloo park while maintaining its historic feel. The improvements included a new central brick plaza and brick intersection corners, new stamped colored concrete sidewalks, seeding, addition of trees, installation of 52 park benches and four trash receptacles, installation of a musical dance chime in the central plaza, and new site lighting throughout. The project also entailed the replacement of the water service and new electrical and fiber upgrades to better accommodate the park’s large festivals such as Friday’Loo and Iowa Irish Fest.
