kirkwood center hotel renovation
This interior and exterior remodel project included a facelift to the guest rooms, sprucing up the ballroom and meeting spaces, remodeling Kirkwood’s Class Act Restaurant, building a new inviting bar for guests with a mosaic tile backdrop and clear LED shelving, and creating a new exterior oasis to entertain overnight guests and hold events and wedding parties. This project had a complex schedule of nine construction phases to be completed in a fully-functioning hotel that was still hosting conferences, events, and guests. To accomplish this, we held weekly meetings and made quick adjustments when changes were needed in order to accommodate the hotel’s needs with guests and design changes.
