Fort Dodge CSD Central Administration Building

This project was a remodel of an empty supermarket building into new district administration offices. We completed structural steel work for new rooftop units, a new canopy over the front entrance, and all new underground and above-ground plumbing. The entire building was cut in half at an angle by a block wall built to the deck. Interior partition walls were installed with steel studs and drywall. The new boardroom was designed with an elevated platform for a large curved desk. Woodruff worked with the District to meet their timeline, working through the pandemic’s growing lead times by getting partial submittals in for review to procure material as fast as possible. The District is very happy with their new facility, and it looks amazing!
