Earl May Nursery and Garden Center celebrated 100 years of business in 2019 and is still family owned to this day. This was the first ground-up building they had done in nearly 15 years. Located just off Highway 141, this building features a fresh design and color scheme to usher in a new era for Earl May.

Woodruff worked closely with RMH Architects and the owner on this design-build, pushing through a harsh winter to deliver the building to the owner for a sping opening, just in time for their busiest season.

Not pictured is a 60’ x 60’ greenhouse attached to the building’s east side, which was constructed in late summer of 2019. Customers can walk directly from the building to the greenhouse without having to go outdoors. The site also features two shade structures in the 70’ x 100’ outdoor sales area, accessible from the greenhouse or the sidewalk on the east side of the building.
