Bluesky Doosan Forklift Facility

This 12,500 sf Doosan facility is split into a 4,500 sf sales/office area and a 8,000 sf shop area. The shell of the structure is a Varco Pruden pre-engineered metal building insulated utilizing a spray-applied foam to increase thermal efficiency.  The site utilizes a wind turbine to maximize electrical efficiency and minimize utility costs. Woodruff worked with the owner to achieve a cost effective, efficient, user-friendly building that is sure to last.
