Clear Creek Amana CSD Middle School Renovation

This project was a complete remodel of the existing CCA Middle School. This included the demolition and upgrade of all the interior finishes, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. A special feature of the project was converting the old cafeteria and stage area into a multi-purpose fitness center. Woodruff Construction worked closely with the owner to phase the construction in a way that kept the project on schedule while minimizing disruption to the occupied parts of the school.
